Texans Release Two Rookies
Nick Scurfield of the Houston Texans has announced the team has cut their first two players heading into the 2012 training camp, both rookie free agents. Rookie free agents defensive back Desmond Marrow and fullback Jason Ford have been released two days prior to the opening of training camp.
Marrow was a rookie from Toledo while Ford was a converted tailback to fullback from Illinois, and both were considered long shots to make the team. Usually with moves like these there are corresponding moves, lets see if this holds true.
These moves leave the Texans with 86 on the active roster.
