Quintin Demps Out with a Broken Forearm

Today Head Coach Gary Kubiak said that safety Quintin Demps broke his left forearm on a tackle of Tennessee Titans tight end Jared Cook. Demps had surgery on his right thumb last Monday to repair an injured thumb he suffered in the Denver Broncos game and he played Sunday’s game in a cast. Demps was having surgery today to repair his forearm, and his status for the amount of time missed is still up in the air.

Like Kubiak said the injury is not season ending, but the team will use the extra day to assess the player situation heading into the New York Jets game. It will be interesting to see what the Texans front office chooses to take Demps spot on the roster.
