Antonio Smith Suspended

Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith has been suspended according to Adam Schefter. He will be suspended for the remainder of the preseason and the open of the regular season on Monday night against the San Diego Chargers.

The incident occurred on Saturday night against the Miami Dolphins.

Smith was fined for kicking Incognito in 2012, but will face the three game suspension for the “helmet swing” on Saturday night.

This was not the first time that Antonio Smith and Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito have been in an altercation of sorts. This took place last season between the two.

It is a big loss for the Texans especially for a team trying to get over the hump, and where every game matters. Losing Smith hurts only for the short term and the Texans and Smith should be lucky it was only one regular season game.

Well, luckily they are playing San Diego, who stink this year.

    What about R.Incognito???

  3. Louie Partain says:

Again, here is my take… Could have been worse! But Richie Incognito is still a low life dirty player and always will be!!! Incognito cannot match the talent of players like Ninja, so he resorts to dirty tactics… REAL TALK!!!
