Texans Continue Shake Up in the Organization

Late Friday night, Tania Ganguli (ESPN), has reported that the Houston Texans have fired their Director of Pro Personnel Brian Gardner and Pro Scout Kevin Murphy. This continues to be a shakeup of the organization that saw 17 coaches relieved of their duties, now it appears the Texans are taking a long look at front office personnel.

With the new change in at the helm for the Texans, thought process have changed moving forward for the team. General Manager Rick Smith will now have to hire a Director of Pro Personnel, and here is a good idea on what Directors of Pro Personnel’s duties include.

It should be some interesting month’s ahead for the team that resides on Kirby Drive.

Bob McNair looks like he is committed to bringing a winner to Houston, unlike “Bottom-Line” Bud Adams was. Cleaning house cannot be easy. Everybody should work with the fear of losing their job. It motivates you to do better.
