According to reports Bill O’Brien appears to be keeping another coach from the 2013 Houston Texans staff. Special Team coach Bill Ligashesky will be staying on in the same position for the 2014 season, and this comes after Ligashesky has been spotted at the Senior Bowl evaluating prospects with O’Brien.

Ligashesky will join Bill Kollar, the defensive line coach, as the only two holdovers from the previous seasons staff. Ligshesky took over the special teams unit after long time coach Joe Marciano was let go shortly after Gary Kubiak was fired from his duties. Ligahesky took full control of the special teams with three games left in the 2013 season.

This will mark the 5th time in his NFL coaching career that he has been the special teams coordinator.
