Chester Pitts to Announce Texans Second-Round Selection

Former Houston Texans offensive lineman Chester Pitts will be announcing the team’s second round selection for the 2014 NFL Draft. Pitts was drafted by the Texans in the 2002 NFL Draft out of San Diego State in the 2nd round (50th overall).

Pitts went on to play for the Texans from 2002-2009 and started 114 consecutive games at left guard and left tackle. His streak of consecutive games played ended after injuring a knee that required micro-fracture surgery that ended his time in Houston.
