Here is a look at some notes from Monday’s OTAs.   – The Houston Texans made some moves over the weekend with the signings of defensive back Alan Ball and runningback Justin Forsett, and the release of runningback Javarris Williams. Head Coach Gary Kubiak said Forsett will be competing for the 3rd running back position and be a part of the special teams units, he will be wearing #32 for the Texans. According to Javarris Williams (RB) via his Twitter account, Williams,  has been informed of his release from the Houston Texans. Williams (5’10″, 223 lbs., 26 yrs.,) is a Richmond, TX native who went on to start for 3 years at running back for Tennessee State University.  There Williams had a standout freshman year and 3 straight 1,000-yard rushing seasons. He went on to receive a degree in Computer Business Systems. Williams was drafted in the 7th round of the 2009 draft by the Kansas City Chiefs but saw limited action during his time there.
