Report: Dwight Jones Quits Texans

Per Evan Silva of ProFootballTalk.com and RotoWorld.com, 2012 Texans Undrafted Free Agent wide receiver Dwight Jones of University of North Carolina has quit the team. Jones was once a promising prospect whom many draft analysts had rated as high as a 3rd or 4th round pick in the draft.  As the 2011 season continued, his stock fell considerably as many questioned his work ethic and commitment. Of course Texans fans will recall Jones famously called himself “the next Andre Johnson” in a local radio interview.
